Gintare Stoniene is a certified Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association. In 2025, she has been appointed to the Migration Law Subcommittee of the Lithuanian Bar Association.

She worked at Deloitte for 13 years and leaded the Employment & Immigration team for the last 6 years there.
EXPERIENCE

Providing recommendations on implementation of EU ICT Directive in Lithuania and other aspects of immigration regulation related to EU Blue Cards;

Advising international and local companies on employment and HR, as well as immigration related assignments, including those resulting from intra‑corporate transfers worldwide, cross-border mergers;

Representing companies in labour disputes at courts and labour disputes commissions etc.
